Helping you (re)discover spiritual growth and find the purpose and peace you've been craving.

Specialized pastoral counseling for professionals, parents of special needs children, and those facing addiction. Available virtually in North Carolina.

You lie awake at 3 a.m., staring at the ceiling, wondering if this is all life has to offer—success on paper but emptiness in your soul. You worry you’re failing your child or partner. Maybe you’re drowning your anxiety in the bottle or endless toxic scrolling. You feel far from God and wonder if there's any way back.

Imagine instead: Waking up refreshed, no longer haunted by late-night worries. At work, you see your productivity soar without past doubts dragging you down. At home, you and your partner share an unhurried breakfast, exchanging smiles and feeling like a team as you navigate your child’s needs. Your life feels purposeful, rooted in faith, and anchored by real peace.

I blend spiritual principles with recovery steps to help you build a solid, faith-based foundation for healing. We’ll unpack those moments when self-doubt grips you and rewrite those stories so they lose their power. Through narrative therapy, we turn these painful scripts into beliefs that uplift and empower you, so you can move forward with confidence.
